Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded if we cancel your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment terms are confirmed at checkout or by written quote. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received or agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Assembly

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout or in your quote. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including weather, customs, or carrier issues — do not entitle you to cancel unless the delay is unreasonable.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom furniture may require a deposit and is subject to separate lead times. Cancellations of custom orders may incur charges for materials already ordered or work already completed.

All website content — including product images, descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by High Quality Furniture and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Quality Furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
